ENLISTING BERMUDA'S YOUTH TO
HARNESS INNOVATION
WHAT IS A
REVERSE PITCH?
In contrast to a regular pitch competition, where you pitch your idea, the premise for this specific reverse pitch is that local tech companies and start-ups will pitch 1 to 3 challenges needing a tech-based solution and give Bermuda’s young people an opportunity to solve them.
This year’s challenges will be made available to registered teams on
October 15th, 2021
Three problems. Unlimited potential.
HOW IT WORKS
The Economic Development Department is calling on Bermuda’s middle and high school students to participate in a technology focused Reverse Pitch Challenge on October 15th, 2021.
The Challenge aims to assist Bermuda-based companies and start-ups with innovative solutions.
This year’s challenges will be made available to registered teams on October 15th, 2021.
The school teams will have five weeks to work
on their ideas, formulating a comprehensive
plan and presentation with support from participating technology professionals.
All fully-developed solutions will be presented before a panel of judges as part of Global Entrepreneurship Month on
November 26, 2021.
